Venere
In Bikini was born in 2001, from an idea of Stefania: to mix up
Mediterranean cuisine with the passion for good reception.
Behind
her, three generations in the touristic field, the experience of two
restaurants managed with passion and the will to make every crossing
in her place pleasant and unforgettable. Fundamental
company in this trip between cuisine and entertainment is her whole
family!
Grandma
Luisa, with her hearty passion for cooking, is our Chef. After forty
years of experience in her former restaurants, her principal rules
are still the same: freshness of the products she personally chooses
every day, the attention she puts in every single phase of the
preparation of her dishes, and her predilection for generous
helpings, as only grandmas are still used to.
To give
assistance in the kitchen there’s Stefania’s sister, Simonetta.
Her specialities are tasty appetizers and delicious
desserts. Stefania’s
sons, Ilaria and Paolo, grew up in the refreshment environment.
Trained by an Hotel Management School they run the Music bar and
organize the events…night and day!
The hall of
the restaurant is the reign of Stefania. Her touch is visible in the
furniture, in the composition of the tables and in the organization.
Riccardo
and Stefania, married for nearly 30 years, run Venere in Bikini with
care and love since 2001. They’ve made it a gemstone of San
Lorenzo littoral.
